Nuovo sistema di scordonatura interna

L’innovativo design modulare copre una ampia gamma di applicazioni con un singolo mandrino. Il nuovo sistema di scordonatura nasce dall’esperienza di un team di professionisti con grande esperienza di pro latura dei tubi. Il sistema è composto da un concetto modulare ed intercambiabile di componenti meccanici realizzati in acciaio speciale. Sono comandati da un circuito elettrico ed un processo di gestione aria compressa combinati insieme. Con questo risultato si può attivare e disattivare la funzione di scordonatura e si ottimizza la profondità di asportazione durante il lavoro. La barra di traino è agganciata da una sta a alla piastra di regolazione che regola la centratura sul tubo e l’orientamento mandrino sulla saldatura. E’ possibile collegare la barra ad una piastra di regolazione già esistente creando una apposita sta a di aggancio. Tutti i collegamenti vari tra gli accessori sono de niti “rapidi” per eseguire i cambi diametro in modo pratico e tempi veloci. La barra di traino e gli altri componenti sono costruiti interamente in acciaio inox amagnetico e non in uiscono dell’ induzione di corrente trasmessa dal sistema di saldatura.

The system is composed of a modular concept and interchangeable mechanical components manufactured in special steel. It is controlled by an electrical circuit in combination with pneumatic control. It is therefore possible to activate or deactivate the scar ng action and it is possible to optimize the cut depth of the weld bead during production. The tow- bar is anchored by a bracket to the adjustment device that regulates the centralization inside the pipe and the alignment of the mandrel to the weld line. It is possible to connect the mandrel to an existing adjustment device by means of a custom-designed connection bracket. All connectors, such as those for the compressed air and the cooling water, are “quick” as they have been designed to make the operation required to change the diameter size easy and fast. The tow bar and all other components are made of non-magnetic stainless steel so they are not a ected by the electromagnetic eld transmitted from the welding system.
