Sontatest makes Waves with flaw detector Sonatest, a manufacturer of ultrasonic inspection equipment, has announced the launch of its latest innovation, Wave.

Wave is the first interactive flaw detec- tor, which can discriminate between a real flaw and a geometrical indication and features a unique and embedded interactive scan plan with ray-tracing capability, and a customisable interface, which optimises daily workflows and simulation tools to help consolidate results.
