Tube Russia 2013
Tube Russia to exhibit the latest in tube and pipe products in 2013
These systems are suitable for pipe installers employed inpower generation, refinery and chemical plant, hospital and other construction sites, house building and renovation, shipbuilding, wood pulp, fresh and waste water systems, heating and cooling systems, gas installations, maintenance and repair work. The cutter firmly grips the pipe to be cut, with the blade being automatically positioned to cut correctly; the entire weight of the cutter rests on the pipe. When started, the blade chips the pipe surface rather than grinding it, producing a burr-free cut surface that is ready for installation. The operation is dust free and does not produce any sparks. Each system is supplied with a set of pipe holders (except model V1000, for which they are an optional extra). and automotive supply industries as well as from the aerospace, aviation, energy production and chemical sectors. During the last few years, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has positioned itself as a key player in the global steel industry. Especially Russia has become a leading force in this sector. According to the “Russian Steel Industry Analysis”, steel production in Russia has increased rapidly during the past few years due to sufficient raw material supply, growing investment in construction projects, domestic and export demand as well as inexpensive and reliable gas and energy supply. When the trade fair trio was last held in 2012, a total of 323 exhibitors from 24 countries showcased their products to 10,500 visitors.
fastest, easiest, safest and most precise ways to cut and bevel pipes and tubes on-site, producing a straight, ready-to- install finished surface in a multitude of diameters and materials, eliminating many of the problems associated with pipe cutting. Models range from the PipeCut 170 and 170E systems for cutting 15 to 170mm diameter steel and plastic pipe, to the PipeCut P400 for one-process cutting and bevelling of plastic pipe from 100 to 400mm in diameter with a wall thickness up to 25mm. Each model can be supplied with a choice of three different blades: tungsten carbide tip blades for general use in cutting steels, copper, aluminium, plastic and multi- layer materials; cermet with ceramic tips for heavy duty applications such as cutting stainless steel and acid proof steel; and diamond discs for cutting cast iron pipes. The Exact V1000 model can cut spiral duct tube ranging from 75 to 1,000mm in diameter, with wall thicknesses ranging from 1.5 to 6mm. plants and rolling mills, thermo process technology and foundry machinery as well as sheet metals, welding, cutting and joining technology and information processing equipment. Tube Russia 2013 will feature tube manufacturing machinery, tubes and accessories, raw materials, used machinery and process technology tools as well as measuring and control technology. Exhibit categories at Aluminium/Non- Ferrous 2013 will include machinery and technology for aluminium and non-ferrous extraction, processing and refinement, raw materials and primary metal products as well as semi- finished and finished products. Visitors will include engineers, technicians, buyers, production managers and sales staff from the iron, steel, non- ferrous, metal, foundries, mechanical engineering, furnace construction, tube
The trade fair trio Metallurgy-Litmash (International Trade Fair for Metallurgy, Machinery, Plant Technology and Products), Tube Russia (The International Tube and Pipe Trade Fair in Russia) and Aluminium/Non-Ferrous (International Trade Fair for Aluminum and Non- Ferrous Metals, Materials, Technologies and Products) will return to the ZAO Expocentr in Moscow from 25-28 June 2013. The trade fairs will be jointly organised by Messe Düsseldorf together with its subsidiary Messe Düsseldorf Moscow and the support of the International Tube Association (ITA) and the German Engineering Federation (VDMA). The three trade fairs will present the latest innovations for the metal pipe and metalworking industries: Metallurgy- Litmash 2013 will present metallurgical
