Pipe clamp production Hammerschmid specialises in the industrial production of pipe clamps in small and large series, including further processing, coating, pre-assembly and packing. Its products are used in domestic plumbing applications, industrial building, wastewater treatment plants, chemical industry, paper and steel industry, as well as in waste incineration plants and power plant construction. The company’s range includes pipe clamps, round and flat steel clips, pipe carriages with accessories, pipe suspensions, special constructions and secondary supports. Hammerschmid can manufacture these products according to customer specifications, drawings or samples, while taking into account various working standards. Hammerschmid regularly includes new product groups in its delivery programme, in order to offer the broadest range of goods. By continuously enlarging and automating its production, the company is able to produce pipe supports in every material and with any surface coating required, in a fast and flexible manner. Based on its internal high quality requirements the company endeavours to always obtain new quality certificates for its products, having been certified according to ISO 9001 for 20 years and according to EN 1090 class 2 since 2012.
