Copper and copper alloy tubes Aishloni Copper Alloys Pvt Ltd, India, is a manufacturer of copper and copper alloy tubes and sections, catering to OEMs, governments and private organisations. Longitudinally welded steel pipe Salzgitter Mannesmann Line Pipe (MLP) is a manufacturer of HFI (high frequency induction) longitudinally welded steel pipe, with over 100 years’ experience in pipe production.

This includes oil and gas line pipe, pipe for drinking water and sewage systems, tubes for machinery and plant construction, oilfield tubes, pipe for long-distance heating systems and structural tubes. The company manufactures products in a wide range of steel grades, with outside diameters of 33.7 to 610mm (1.5" to 24") and pipe wall thicknesses of 3.6 to 20.6mm (0.14" to 0.812").

The company has also expanded its full range standard programme of coatings and linings, such as PE, PP, (fibre) cement mortar and epoxy lining (flow coat), to ensure the highest possible level of pipeline safety against corrosion and mechanical damage, and to minimise frictional resistance on the inside wall of gas line pipe, by an epoxy resin coating (fusion bonded epoxy FBE) according to ISO 21809-2:2007. The single-layer coating has a maximum thickness of 700µm and is used for corrosion protection, eg for onshore products. Additional dual-layer coatings are currently under development, which will be applied for special properties, for example as ‘FBE rough coating’ for an improved frictional resistance or for an enhanced abrasive resistance. A reference production of the single-layer FBE-coating has been manufactured for E.ON UK. The total length of the coated pipes was approximately 3,000m, with outer diameter of 219.1mm and 323.9mm, and wall thickness from 8 to 20mm.

Jiangsu ZhenDa Steel Tube Group was founded in 1991, and has grown into a group of eight subsidiaries, with an annual production capacity of 1,100,000 tons. The group’s ‘Hao Ren’ products were awarded the Jiangsu Famous Trademark in 2004, while its seamless high pressure boiler steel tube was given the Gold Cup by the National Steel Industrial Association for its good quality. Stainless steel seamless and welded tubes from India

88.9mm diameter seamless pipes are available in wall thicknesses from 0.8 to 8mm, while 150mm welded (rolled) products range from 0.5 to 4mm wall thickness. The company produces fabricated tubes in diameters ranging from 200 to 600mm, with wall thickness of 12mm.
