➣➢➣ The new reporting tool is equipped with all the functions of a modern business intelligence tool. The user interface can be intuitively operated without any specialised knowledge. The analyses have high relevance as they represent real-time status. The data such as monthly reports on manufacturing e ciency is available for further processing in all the usual formats and is also automatically transmitted by email. Another innovation concerns the display of machine status, OEE key parameters, order progress status, and other data. It is now possible to view factory operations in real time on a smartphone or tablet and see where there are problems, making it possible to react speedily. Advaris Informationssysteme GmbH – Germany Website : www.advaris.de AEI Compounds Stand: 11D46 AEI Compounds is expanding its range of crosslinkable and thermoplastic compounds for the cable and wire industry. Fire survival cables: Thermoplastic HFFR TP-0851 is a new cerami able HFFR sheathing compound for cables used in emergency alarm, communication and lighting circuits. The cerami able sheathing material forms a strong char during burning, providing enhanced cable re protection and enables the cable to function in re situations.

When TP-0851 is used with silicone rubber insulated cores the most onerous re performance speci cations can be satis ed. Mica tapes are not used in such cables allowing improved cable production e ciency and faster cable termination performance. Cables have met the re test requirements of BS EN 50200 for PH 120 and the enhanced BS 8434-2 with a 930°C ame and water spray with aluminium laminate tape screens. Considerable interest has been generated in Europe, the Middle East and Far East markets for this new generation compound. Silane crosslinkable easy processable insulation for conduit and building wire cables: New compound SX-0612S is a silane crosslinkable HFFR insulation material complying with BS7211 & BS EN 50525-3-41:2011. SX-0612S processes at high production speeds, is also highly resistant to pre-cure in extruders but is capable of crosslinking in ambient conditions. AEI Compounds continues to o er assistance to companies either through attendance at trials or modi cation of its compounds to suit customers’ equipment and nal application.
