Dual-layer interchanging multi-point spot welder

are needed to operate the wire mesh welding machine. Welding conditions such as the pressure and current of each welding head can be set individually in accordance with the required specifications. The dual-layer

interchanging worktable is driven by servomotor for a precise welding position. The production capacity of two semi- automatic wire mesh welders is almost equal to that of one fully automatic system, so the SA-1500AF is suitable for high-capacity requirements. The automatic dual-layer machine can make various wire mesh types, including double wire fence, wire shelving, display racks, wire baskets, trolleys, kitchenware, cages, storage racks and material con- tainers. It can also make wire products that are unable to be created by fully automatic machines. The SA-1500AF has an embedded human- machine interface monitor, with all parameters being set on the screen.
