Induction-heating equipment since 1987

ATE Applicazioni TermoElettroniche has designed and manufactured induction- heating equipment, including process automation, control and supervisor systems, since 1987. An important area of wire application is multi-wire treatment with induction heating systems for the parallel treatment of wires, called IMW and CMW. The CMW system is instead destined to a tassel of wires heated by means of a single inductor. These systems represent a sophisticated and e cient solution for the simultaneous heating of multiple wires with the same or even with di erent diameters, with a temperature measurement system that can be used for each wire. The numerous advantages of these new systems make them preferable to the traditional ones in terms of e ciency, consumption, quality and compactness. Some application examples may be the annealing, stress relieving, brass- di usion, pre-heating and other industrial processes requested by the customer.
