CWI renews quality certification Central Wire Industries (CWI) is a manufacturer of round and shaped wire, strand, cable and wire rope, cable hardware and assemblies, and offers a wide range of speciality alloys in nickel, stainless and red metal. The recertification audit by the British Standards Institute (BSI), which took place during October 2021, renews the facility’s BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification – an internationally recognised quality management system standard that shows a resilient and sustainable business with strong corporate governance.

The company’s UK facility, located in Rotherham, has been recertified accord- ing to one of the highest international quality standards. “The auditor gave us a ‘clean bill of health’ with no non-conformances raised,” said CWI UK commercial director James Wright. “This was a complete team effort with contributions from everyone on site.”
