throughput times have been reduced and productivity increased in every business unit. The company’s latest seven-axis spring coiling machine (for up to 20mm) has been tested in the domestic market over the past two years and has started to be sold to overseas customers. Combined roller – rotary and flat dies Ingramatic, part of the Sacma Group, has introduced a new range of combined rollers where the implementation of the rotary rolling unit extends the capacity of the flat die rolling machine. The unit is a rotary thread rolling station inspired by the established Ingramatic GR machines. The modular unit allows complex parts to be run in one shot without refeeding the part. The RP620-RR12 is claimed to be the only machine of its kind, with advanced technologies, a heavy-duty frame, servomotor starter units and motorised die match adjustment. The operator can set the machine completely using the electronic handwheel.
