Eder Engineering GmbH www.eder-eng.com Enkotec will be presenting news within nail production technology, and visitors will be able to see two running nail manufacturing lines, both including newly developed machinery and equipped with value-adding data-monitoring features. The focus will be on Enkotec’s digital services. ENKOsmart is a “digital makeover” of the ENKOnail+, making it a reliable and operator-friendly nail-manufacturing machine. With ENKOsmart, the nail manu- facturer moves a step closer to Industry 4.0 and maximised overall equipment e ectiveness (OEE). ENKOsmart enables data-driven decision-making combined with an intuitive interface. By utilising sensor technology and the latest generation HMI, including a digitalised video manual and user/event registration, the ENKOsmart provides the tools to maximise operating e ciency. Features such as intelligent error tracking, nail quality monitoring, remote access and easily accessible guidance enable the removal of unplanned downtime and allow maximum utilisation of the wire rod. During the show, a high-speed rotary nail-manufacturing machine from the ENKOnail+ series will be producing nails in line with a conveyor featuring a new two-bin nail delivery system. The machine has been designed for producing 1,800 nails per minute in a range of Ø 2.2-2.9mm and 38-90mm Enkotec A/S Stand: 16 E37
