Fastec Imaging’s IL5 high-speed camera ▲ ▲ Record any cable and wire manufacturing equipment moving or turning at high speed

Using the (LR) FasCorder Mode, the camera can be operated as a regular camcorder to record and pause as needed and follow the action, stop recording and review what you have, and then append additional footage at will, even after a power cycle. Time- and image-based automatic triggering may be used to automate the process. Unlike traditional high-speed camera systems that only record for a few seconds and require careful triggering, the IL5’s Long-Record (LR) option can record at high speed for many minutes at high resolutions, to many hours at reduced resolutions. On-board SSDs are available in sizes from 256GB to 2TB. Fastec Imaging is a global supplier of digital high-speed imaging systems, based in San Diego, California, USA. The company specialises in portable high-speed camera systems, including handheld point-and-shoot systems, compact PC-controlled cameras, and long-duration record systems used in many industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging, pulp and paper, mining and blasting, energy, aviation, scientific, academic, athletics, and artistic and commercial video production.

FASTEC high-speed 5MP camera enables the recording of any cable and wire manufacturing equipment moving or turning at high speed, such as wire straightening, stranding, twisting and weaving equipment, as well as cutting machines. Imaging’s IL5 vibration problems, slow-motion replay allows viewing and troubleshooting. High frame rates and global shuttering provide crisp, distortion-free imagery required for precise analysis that is not possible with normal video or even with slow-motion modes of other cameras. With four models to choose from, offering crisp, clean video from 2,560 x 2,080 @ 230 fps to 800 x 600 @ 1,650 fps, there is an IL5 to fit all application needs. All models record over 3,200 fps at VGA resolution and more than 29,000 fps at smaller resolutions. Able to save images to an SSD or SD card while recording high-speed bursts of hundreds or even thousands of images at a time, the IL5 is always ready for the next high-speed snapshot. Built for flexibility and ease of use, the Fastec IL5 camera can be controlled over Gigabit Ethernet via Fastec FasMotion software on PC/Mac or via the built-in web interface via web browser on your PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone. or alignment Since this type of high-speed manufacturing is susceptible to
