Thanks to the high level of lubricity of vegetal base oil (three times more efficient than standard mineral base oils), Extrugliss Green enables manufacture of very difficult parts while increasing the OEE (efficiency of the machine) and reducing the tooling budget. These oils can also be used for heavy duty forming operations (screws, bolts, nuts and extrusion). Its high flash point ensures lower mist and smoke, giving operators a friendly working environment. Extrugliss Green is a lubricant and dual-purpose oil: it provides both lubrication to machinery, and lubrication for the cold heading process. It also answers the requirements of press manufacturers.
