Turnkey projects and experience counts ▲ ▲ A Unistrong tunnel pickling line

FOUNDED in Taiwan, Unistrong Industrial Ltd initially made tooling and machinery products. This experience quickly led the company to turnkey projects, providing tailored solutions for an expanding client base in Taiwan, China, Thailand and Indonesia. A customer in Ningbo, China, launched production with a Unistrong tunnel pickling line in January 2015. This provides an output of 30,000 tons per year with each line tailored to meet the customer’s specific needs. The pickling line is a specially designed closed tunnel to minimise corrosive fumes and maximise isolation to the outside and operators, resulting in a cleaner environment and safer working conditions. Throughout the entire tunnel, the required treatment medium and time can be controlled automatically or manually for each type of material grade and type using the PLC-equipped system. The PLC system monitors multiple cranes to transport material automatically through the necessary treatment steps, through various chemical baths.
