Uniwell is a fully automated, one- person-operated wire mesh welding machine for the high-capacity production of 2D double wire, 3D V-shape pressed, standard 358/3510 security, and 4D wire mesh sheets and panels. Line and both cross wires are fed from coils via payo s. Uniwell can produce any existing fence mesh design. It works at high speed, even when making 6mm-5mm-6mm 2D fence panels, and can handle SS steel wire.

Inside the Tecalsa-Reisucal factory

The factory is divided into several sections: • Facilities for the workers (including dressing rooms, showers, toilets and dining room) • A shop, where all necessary parts for the manufacture of machines are kept in stock • Mechanic workshop, where all small mechanical parts are prepared • An electric and electronic workshop, where all the electrical elements, such as motors and frequency variators, are prepared and mounted in panels and operator desks • Mechanical assembly area • Paint booths and a drying area with ltering system • Testing area • Storage area for machines ready for shipment • Loading dock for trucks or containers • Travelling crane with 16-tonne capacity, covering the entire width and length of the factory. The o ces are located in the same building, accessed via an independent door at the rear of the building.
