Product diameters up to 200mm, and tapes up to a maximum of 500mm width, can be powdered. The machine can be customised to speci cation or supplied with additional equipment. The powder lling is done manually at the back of the machine. If required, Rolf Schlicht can deliver a separate powder-re lling hopper, connected to the machine by hoses of up to 3m. The powder hopper is hermetically sealed, to prevent the penetration of humidity. A powder- ow indicator gives an alarm if there is a stoppage of the powder into the powder guns, and the unit can be equipped with a signal horn and lamp, as well as a potential-free contact to control the line. Where space is restricted a free-standing dusting chamber can be connected by hose to the machine, and an extra-small dusting chamber of only 240mm width is available. To avoid the entry of humidity into the powder via compressed air, the machine can also be equipped with a compressed air dryer.
