The system has a tension range of 5-50N, achievable by a traverse laying system that generates a gentle, low-friction product treatment. An automatic failure repositioning system will place a detected failed product in a de ned position for the operator to verify and evaluate the failure. To produce spools with a highly precise laying quality the machine is equipped with a laying computer that allows automatic spool edge correction, compensating for ‘mountains and valleys’ at the spool sides, and also o ering the possibility of conical coils. The rewinding lines can be custom equipped with testing equipment and designed in di erent sizes to suit the required spool size range.

The Kurre product range includes ange driven systems, characterised by a compact design and simple spool handling for spools from 250 to 1,250mm with a maximum weight of 1,000kg.
