Skilled production sta are ready to take responsibility for producing high quality aluminium alloy and copper magnet super ne wire. Aluminium and aluminium alloys have strong corrosion resistance. These alloys are sensitive to high temperatures ranging between 200°C and 250°C (392°F and 482°F), and tend to lose some of their strength. However, the strength of the aluminium or aluminium alloys can be enhanced at sub-zero temperatures, making them ideal low-temperature alloys. Product features include a bright colour and excellent electrical conductivity that can withstand being blended; they also have good tensile strength and light density. The following nishes are available with Al alloy: • #4 nish – a lustrous nish especially applicable for cold heading. This oxide-free surface improves tool life and uniformity in metal ow while heading. The product has an enhanced, shiny appearance and will anodise well • Anodising nish – an oxide-free surface with speci c applications in products that are colour anodised or bright dipped as a nal operation. Adds a lustre to the anodised part and improves corrosion resistance • Bright nish – clean, chrome-like nish comparable to stainless or chrome nish on steel. It improves the cosmetic appearance of aluminiumwire
