Automatic wire fencing machinery

Demirci Makina has been designing and manufacturing automatic wire fence machines since 1988. The company, which operates from a 12,000m 2 factory, employs 40 staff and has 1,600 of its machines operating in 82 countries worldwide. The Model ADF 3 double spiral fully automatic chain link fence machine is its most popular product. Demirci produces two classes (Eco and Pro) in four different sizes (2m, 3m, 4m, 6m). Model ADF3 is available in 80cm to 20cm/305cm/405cm/605cm heights, with run wire diameters from 1.7mm to 3.5mm for galvanised wire, and from 1.7/2.8 to 3.2/4.2mm PVC coated wire, and mesh sizes from 25mm to 105mm. There is also modified version of ADF 3 which can run wire diameters up to 4mm for customers who want a thicker wire production. Output rates will reach 120m 2 /hr on Model ADF3 Eco and 140m 2 /hr on Model ADF3 Pro. Model FDE 2 is an automatic wire plastic coating machine. The machine takes the bare wire from the coil basket and coats it in an extrusion method and again coils it to a rosette coil basket. The model has two different capacity sizes of 45 and 55.

The machine can run core wire diameters from 1.1 to 4.1mm. The thickness of coating is 0.5mm to 2mm. Output rates will reach 150kg/hr (2.5mm-3.5mm) on Model FDE2 45 and 250kg/hr (2.5mm - 3.5mm) on Model FDE2 55. Demirci Makina – Turkey Website : www.demircimakina.com
