The RBV 60 ST is a stabiliser bar bending machine for tube diameters of 20 to 35mm, and was designed to meet the requirements of the cold-forming industry for processing pre-hardened tubes. To meet tight bending radii and short clamping length requirements, there are different requirements on the tool and machine concept, in terms of the tube bender’s robustness and design but also in the dynamics and flexibility of the bending head. All machines are equipped with the latest version of the Wafios programming system WPS 3.2 EasyWay, which features functions for the production of stabiliser bars and an integrated real-time simulation for increasing the machine’s availability based on a secure data basis. The FUL 16+ compression spring machine is the successor to the FUL 16. Woywod’s new user interface, the 10" PPM II Smart HMI operating terminal, was introduced at wire 2024 in Düsseldorf, Germany. The innovative solution combines an IPC (industrial PC) and the PPM-Net interface in a single device, which not only saves space but also enables seamless integration into existing systems.

The PPM II Smart HMI can be connected to all PPMs via the integrated CAN bus. Even older controls with conventional rotary/push buttons can be controlled and maintained remotely using this terminal. The robust housing and the IP65 front make it suitable for use in demanding environments. The touchscreen inter- face, similar to the PPM-TSC software, enables intuitive operation. With a separate 24V DC/5A power supply, the PPM II Smart HMI can be used flexibly. The high-resolution display with 1280x800 pixels ensures a clear representation of the content.
