running across five continents, and have produced more than four million tons of galvanised wire in the last 15 years. Dru-Gal is designed with a focus on the wellbeing of the operator, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment. With its advanced capabilities, Dru-Gal provides flexibility and high production capacity, allowing manufacturers to adapt quickly to market demands without sacrificing quality or efficiency. In addition to galvanising, Druids produces roll-drawing lines, rolling cassettes, and packaging lines for wire coils.

CMS designs and manufactures a range of customised and turnkey solutions to inspect wires, tubes, bars, plates and rails for several markets. For the detection of many types of defects on circular products such as wires, tubes and bars, CMS offers several eddy current and ultrasonic solutions for use either in or off the production line. a magnetising unit or an encircling coil with coil support allows the detection of punctual, transverse, surface or subsurface defects. The product passes through the encircling coil. Several coil sizes can cover a product diameter range from 0.1 to 230mm. The wire inspection speed is unlimited, and in hot wire inspection, the inspection speed can be as high as 250m/s. The RotoETscan eddy current rotary head detects longitudinal surface defects at high speeds on cylindrical products (with diameters ranging from 0.8 to 220mm). Often installed directly on the production line, the inspection speed can reach up to 6m/s. The RotoUTscan ultrasonic rotary head detects external and internal defects of any orientation while also performing dimensional measurements (ID, OD and wall thickness). The diameter range of inspected products varies from 4 to 250mm. Ultrasonic transducers rotate in immersion at speeds up to 8,000 rpm around the inspected product. In each case, the inspection results are displayed in real-time in a timebase and/or lissajous figure on eddy current/ ultrasonic generators via powerful but easy-to-use software. Traceability is ensured by production software (for eddy current inspection) and Probus Supervision software (for ultrasonic inspection), which create complete and customisable inspection reports. FLYMCA SL Stand: G11

FLYMCA Is a worldwide engineering and manufacturing company that builds rotating equipment with advanced technical solutions for the wire and cable industry. In recent years, it has specialised in large stranding, cabling, screening and armouring customised machines, mainly for the production of submarine and offshore cables. The company identified high demand for large stranding and armouring machinery to produce submarine cables, and is ready to respond to customer requests, adapting its designs for each project. Armouring is achieved in two different configurations: large tubular stranders with bullhead configuration, mainly used for fibre optic submarine cables; and large planetary armouring lines for heavy power transmission cables. These are produced on heavy-duty machines with a high number of wires, based on single- or double-layer design (up to 208 wires, or more in some cases). They are applied by a single cage or dual cage working in tandem operation. The machines also include automatic loading systems to reduce the changeover time. In addition to the increased demand for submarine cables, there is demand for large cross-section conductors (127 wires) produced on rigid stranders. These stranders include automatic loading systems, shaped wire stranding heads, heavy compaction systems, and water blocking application devices for yarn and powder, enabling the machines to provide consistent and smooth tension control across all the elements. FLYMCA machines have incorporated recent developments that can reduce stopping and changeover time, as well as reducing operator intervention to improve safety. These improvements include accumulators to allow continuous operation; automatic loading and unloading systems to load and unload bobbins simultaneously; and automatic
