Customer satisfaction rated high In the first and second quarter of 2022, Madem companies in Brazil, Spain, Bahrain and the USA conducted a survey of 193 cable customers in 42 countries. and cable manufacturing customers in 13 countries in the Middle East, Asia, Oceania and Africa. 92 per cent feedback respons es were received, 100 per cent of which fell into good and very good categories.

EuroMadem Spain’s survey received 26 responses, more than 94 per cent of which fell into good categories. “After a year with many difficulties and challenges due to Covid, we have worked to provide a better service to our customers by improving response capacity throughout the supply and delivery chain,” said general manager Roger Santasusana. Madem Brazil concluded the survey with 96 wire and cable manufacturing customers in 15 countries. Of 48 responses, 94 per cent were in good and very good categories. “We are again pleased with the results of the survey and we will continue to work towards 100 per cent customer satisfac tion for all our global customers,” said Leandro Mazzoccato, global sales director.
