Winding solutions from Sampsistemi

DESPITE being the final part of the production process, wire and cable winding is no less important than the other processes before, which ensure that execution parameters for a correct diameter, roundness and concentricity are duly respected. The wire tension during winding must be correctly managed to avoid any unneeded conductor elongation or wire/ cable surface damage. The line efficiency can be negatively affected in case of an irregular wire distribution on the reel or coil.
