Mega Metal accelerates global growth with new investments

Another investment will be implemented in the US market. Mega Metal is in negotiations to acquire a plant with an annual copper wire production capacity of 6,000 tons. “We have installed a solar power plant on the roof of our factory in Kayseri, which has an electricity generation capacity of 6 MW. We will also build another power plant with a capacity of 12 MW. We have a total licence of 40 MW, which we may use in the future. In this way, we will gain a special advantage especially in our exports to Europe,” said Mr Turgut. “For the next ten years, approximately 6.1 per cent of annual growth is projected in the sector we are in.
