Rewinding line with high winding quality Roblon’s RW1250 rewinding line is designed to handle a wide range of products, including round, figure 8 and squared products, ranging from 2-3mm up to 30mm (depending on product quality and line speed). The line can be used for various products, such as fibre optic cables, energy cables, bare conductors, wire and wire rope, plastic tubes and plastic profiles, with accuracy and efficiency. Featuring a Roblon PA1250 payoff and a Roblon TA1250 precision take-up, the rewinding line can accommodate reels with a flange diameter of up to 1,250mm. The line is torque controlled with a dancing arm tension control unit.
