Moviroll roll pushers are compact but heavy duty, allowing agile handling of reels and carts. Intuitive and easy to use, they can be used without a licence and can operate in narrow spaces and where forklifts are not allowed. Each year, Renova’s technical team expands the range of material handling models based on customer feedback. Pneumatically and battery-operated models are available, along with a variety of options and accessories. Moviroll roll pushers allow the operator to move wire and cable drums or reels up to 50 tons, with a maximum roll diameter of 6m. Moviroll MR pneumatic roll pushers use a gear motor powered by pressurised and lubricated air at 6 bar. The compact dimensions allow them to separate two rolls when in contact, and the “S” curved handle allows the Moviroll to be used alongside the rolls to simplify handling. Moviroll MRE battery-driven roll pushers offer the advantage of free movement without the constraints of pneumatic connections or electrical cables. They are equipped with a 24V DC IP 44 or 48V DC IP 44 brushless motor powered by 24V or 48V lithium battery. For when working space is limited, the MRE L model is equipped with a tilting handle that allows the operator to work alongside the load, pulling it instead of thrusting it. The Moviroll MRE XS L battery roll pusher has lower weight and dimensions for operation in the smallest spaces. It is equippedwith a 48V lithiumbattery and a 48V DC IP 44 brushless motor that require no maintenance and allow a wider speed range. The handle can be mounted at two heights – 850 or 920mm from the ground. Movicart battery-driven cart movers are designed to safely push or pull carts, on wheels or rails, without additional effort from the operator. They quickly engage up to 5,000kg thrust force. For operator safety, Movicart is equipped with an anti crushing system. After placing Movicart under the cart, the operator can activate the lifter to hook the frame. In order to adapt to any type of frame, Movicart is provided with different cart gripper tools. The omnidirectional wheels allow the cart to change direction easily, even in narrow turns. Reelex will debut the S320 and M340 machines at wire 2022

The company will officially debut the S320 and M340 – the next generation single and dual-spindle Reelex coiling machines – along with Reelex Air™ box package, which allows manufacturers to fit 20 to 40 per cent more boxes per pallet while offering a slimmer box profile and better payout performance. Also on display will be improvements and upgrades available for current Reelex users, as well as a look at future developments. Renova’s material handling systems allow the operator to safely and effortlessly manoeuvre both large and small reels or carts on a flat surface, reducing risks for the operator according to the Technical Standards ISO 11228 “Ergonomic Manual handling” part 2. This technical standard specifies the risks and the recommended limits for pushing and pulling activities carried out by an adult worker in an upright position, who applies force with both hands to move or stop an object.
