Easykoil Plus take-apart reel

The product has an internal mechanism that allows the barrel to expand, lifting the coil. The opening and lifting operations can be performed by simply switching the lifting rings between two positions. This makes the opening operation faster than with a classic central screw reel: after releasing the safety lock, all the operator has to do is to switch the lifting rings to the “free” position to open the reel and release the coil. Conversely, by switching the rings to the “lift” position, the barrel expands and the coil is lifted up. EKP can be supplied in DIN or custom sizes. All available take-apart reels – including the EKP – are machined on the parts in contact with the wire, and can be suppliedwith four, six or eight slots for the insertion of metal straps. Other options include dynamic balancing, circular slots on the flanges to fit cardboard barrels, and changeable flanges to produce reels of different widths.
