The latest information about spoolers, coilers, rewind systems, pay-o s, take-ups and accumulators will also be on display. The QuickPac series are high-speed coiling machines with an exclusive stretch wrap solution. With no need for strappers or binders, they reduce maintenance costs and improve reliability. QuickPac models are designed for maximum output of 9-12 coils/minute.

Also on display will be the new space-saving solution – 360° concept – automatic spool assembly machine MP450_3.0 and Axjo’s MultiPac spools. The MultiPac spool is divided in the middle and has a slightly conical barrel. This allows each half of the spool to be stacked, so that up to three times as many spools can be loaded on a trailer. The wire rod is subsequently propelled by a horizontal wire rod pay-o system in a combined pull-in, bending and straightening machine (BDM-2S/EG). The scale layer is broken and the wire is straightened without cracks. The wire pull in is facilitated by this concept. In the following double-head sanding descaler (SEZ-6-302S), the wire will be cleaned and surface pre-treated for the further coating process through two sanding belts with the result of nearly 100 per cent cleanliness.
