The BM 43 HS high-speed wire bending machine will be on show at wire Eurasia

The new STMB 44 barbed wire machine – a successor to the STM 32 – is now available. With simple operation and increased output rate, the STMB 44 features a modern design and advanced drive technology with five servomotors. The servomotor-driven barbed wire machine (patent pending) offers energy savings through reduced mechanical systems. The technology is claimed to improve the wire twisting of the strands and the alignment of the barbed body. Each of these can be programmed in a user friendly way. The machine also offers a smooth coiling process, so consumers can unwind the barbed wire in a simpler, safer way. The noise-insulated machine hood reduces the noise level to below 80 dB while increasing operator safety. Tools from the previous STM 32 machine are compatible with the new STMB 44, allowing quick and effective conversion.
