16 H01 During wire 2024, Kamatech will show customers its new solution to grind springs. The new Cerbero range of vertical spring end grinding machines can grind springs up to Ø 5mm wire with three pairs of CBN wheels in only one pass. Three different sizes of wheel are available: 300mm, 450mm and 660mm. Each model has three different working heads with two setting stations in the middle. This allows operation of grind press followed by another grind for finishing. The vertical spring end grinders have vertically installed grinding spindles.
