Galvanising and ZnAl Lines

Our technologies include:

Lubricant conditioning (LCM) for wire drawing. This technology allows companies to maximise the wire drawing machine speeds by providing a conditioned lubricant well suited for the needs of drawing dies. Many of the machines are located in well-known wire producers. With good wire drawing practices we have been able to condition an average of 65% and a maximum of 95% of the used lubricant. With our ability to control the granulation makeup of the lubricant we are able to provide for excellent die box performance. We also offer greenfield solutions. Our galvanising lines range from low DV’s to DV300+ with Zinc, ZnAl5%, ZnAl10% ZnAl15%, ZnAlMg and 100% Aluminium. Depending on customer requirements the lines can be single dip or double dip for all the different coating requirements. The lines have no need to use acids or flux and also with reduced energy consumption. In situations where customers need to use acids due to rod and wire quality issues we can provide our special acid pickling system capable of running over DV400. High efficiency, high and low temperature furnaces for low to high carbon wires. Our range of wiping systems are capable of 30g/m 2 to over 900g/m 2 . Accurate, even coating for round and shaped wires.
