drawing machines; an ultrasonic model with two workstations that can work all die sizes from 0.05 to 8mm, operated by one person; high-speed wire-type HGM-21 sizing/calibrating machine, also equipped with two independent workstations; and special die-workshop ancillary devices and other equipment for processing diamond/PCD dies. Eder Engineering GmbH www.eder-eng.com EJP Maschinen GmbH 09 A12 The three EJP companies – EJP Machines, EJP Wire Technology and EJP Tosca Shot Blasting Plants – will be showing their products at a joint stand. With the recent addition of wire drawing lines to the product portfolio, EJP can now supply the full range of production and processing machinery, from the forming stage to surface finishing, for wire, bar, tubes and sections, from a single source. The products shown at the trade fair will include a peeling line from EJP Machines operating in combination with a new band grinding machine from EJP Wire Technology that produces peeled wire of premium surface quality. A further benefit of the combined machine is its compact design. The original focus of EJP Wire Technology, which was founded in 2020 in the German town of Schwerte, was on equipment for wire pre-treatment, but the company also supplies complete wire drawing lines. The design of the new product line to be shown at the trade fair is based on the EJP engineers’ experience in the wire industry. The group’s machines and systems made in Germany cover the complete process chains in wire, bar, tube and section making.

peeling and straightening, through to quality control and the storage of the finished long products. EJP Tosca will be showcasing shot blasting machines for wire and other long products. One of the machines displayed will be the TS-CV shot-blasting machine for in-line mechanical wire surface cleaning and roughening. Three or more turbines are arranged around the wire to remove scale and oxidic layers from the wire surface by means of metallic abrasives. Electric Cable Compounds, Inc TBC Electric Cable Compounds, Inc (ECC) is a privately owned and operated global producer of high-performance rubber and plastic compounds. Since 1988, it has provided polymeric solutions to the wire and cable industry, and offers its own proprietary product line as well as custom mixing services. Examples of materials produced include elastomeric and polyolefin-based cross linkable and thermoplastic compounds that exhibit a combination of flexibility, electrical performance, ageing stability and processability. All materials are pelletised. ECC’s product line includes peroxide, moisture and irradiation cross linkable compound options for high performance cable insulation. Common applications include appliance wire, automotive, industrial power, building, medium voltage power cable, oil and gas, photovoltaic and shipboard. In terms of custom development and tolling services, ECC has extensive experience with EPR, PE, PP, POE, EVA and high-performance elastomers, among others. From a technical support standpoint, the company houses a laboratory that includes various analytical testing capabilities and pilot-scale production equipment. These resources allow ECC staff to complete research and material evaluation to continuously develop solutions in the field of rubber and plastics technology. Experienced chemists and technicians provide customers with timely technical assistance, and lab personnel also focus on design and development of custom compounds to meet specific customer needs and applications. The company is focused on tech- nological innovation and quality of service, providing knowledge of the market and formulations, and optimising customer processes to become a technology partner focused on product development and innovation. Delta Tecnic SA https://deltatecnic.com Eder Engineering GmbH 10 C42-01 value-added concepts with more than 75 years of expertise, Eder-Austria will present its reconditioning die working equipment at wire 2024. On display will be die-tool processing machines for the repair and/or produc- tion of ultra-hard tungsten carbide, diamond and PCD precision die tools (standard, semi-automatic and automatic); die workshop ancillary equipment (cleaning/measuring devices, microscopes, etc); and technical assis- tance programmes (installation, training, die reconditioning, etc). Offering innovative, Eder Engineering will offer a variety of the latest technological developments in drawing die-tool working machines that provide longer die life, more tonnage drawn and accurate die reconditioning. The company will exhibit the semi automatic ETC-1/HF tungsten carbide die grinding and polishing equipment for a work range of 0.7 to 20mm Ø (0.03" to 0.78"). The machine processes both the reduction cone and the cylindrical bearing of round tungsten carbide drawing dies. Both processes are completed in a single machine work cycle. The HPM compact hand polishing unit features a safety protection cover, two selectable rotary speeds, electric break and a three-jaw chuck to take up die casings up to 100mm Ø (4"). The HPM-L model takes die casings up to 160mm Ø (6.3"). Eder will also display the USP-Twin for refurbishing PCD dies for multi-wire ETC-1 HF for tungsten carbide die grinding and polishing
