At wire 2020, Leibinger will be presenting a coding system that marks cables, wires, pipes and tubes at speeds of up to 1,000m/ min. With the Jet Rapid Wire, the production of extrusion products is no longer slowed down by marking. Using Leibinger’s Sealtronic nozzle sealing technology with special inks and industry-speci c technologies, the industrial inkjet printer ensures high speed, reliability and user-friendliness. At top speeds, the Jet Rapid Wire provides a clean, durable printout. Fixed and variable letters and numbers are clearly legible, even at speeds of up to 1,000m/min. Immediately after printing, special inks ensure maximum adhesion and abrasion resistance on all common product materials.

Lämneå Bruk will showcase and run one of its newest innovations: the No Twist Coiler 1200. This machine acts as payo and take-up for the drawing machine for more streamlined wire production. The major advantage is the handling of the package by undriven payo , resulting in twist-free and straight wire. The machine also saves energy and has lower downtime due to its continuous production abilities. Lämneå Bruk will run the machine live on its stand at wire Düsseldorf. The company will also showcase its drawing machine, as well as the second generation of the fully automatic precision layer winder. Both machines are among Lämneå Bruk’s top selling equipment.

The unique hydraulic system features Sealtronic – a fully automatic nozzle sealing technology that can seal the complete ink circuit airtight during production breaks, solving common problems of conventional inkjet printers for industrial use. The reliability of the marking is increased and labour-intensive cleaning of the print heads is no longer necessary.
