The laser enclosure can be easily integrated into existing production lines and has the added bene t of hard-wearing parts that do not require maintenance.

➣➢➣ Domino also has a new laser enclosure that o ers a CO 2 or bre laser solution with a product guiding and length measurement system, ensuring the achievement of Laser Class 1 safety standards for production lines. This solution o ers a variety of speci cation possibilities (particularly for bre laser systems), enabling coding onto a wide range of products, such as cables, wires, tubes and hoses.

Ecoclean Machinery Stand: 11 A74

The Ecoclean is a machine for cleaning, nal descaling and polishing of wire surfaces, as well for improving the wire quality for further processing. The wire becomes stress-relieved and its structure becomes more consistent. The system features large electrically driven rotors with 24 cleaning heads, and is suitable for low- or high-carbon wire, stainless steel wire, aluminium and copper. Variable wire inlet heights are possible for customer-speci c solutions. The system can descale wire rod from 5.5 to 10mm, and clean wire from 2 to 10mm, with a drawing/running speed of up to 10m/sec. Bene ts of the Ecoclean system include the mechanical removal of scale and oxides without any chemicals; no damage of the wire surface due to suspended rotary cleaning heads; and low wear of cleaning heads. The environmentally friendly system has low noise generation, and power consumption of 2 x 2.2 kW.
