Four of the models are supplied with the annealing function as standard. A trolley for easy manoeuvrability is available on all of the N series as default, except for the N 22, for which a wheel trolley is available on request. Jaws opening and closing is by means of mechanical foot pedals on the N 9 and N 20, and by manual levers on the N 3, N 12 and N 22. The SRT 11, SQ/A and SQ/AS models are operated by electrical pedals. Upon request, the N 3, N 9, N 12 and N 22 can be supplied with a grinding wheel, while an illuminated magnifying glass is additionally available for the N 3. On the N 20, a Schuko plug socket with RCD is available for connecting items such as an external grinding wheel. A highlight of Cimteq’s stand will be a 3D printer, which will be used to demonstrate CableBuilder’s design and 3D capabilities. As well as a tutorial of how to build a 3D cable from CableBuilder3D, visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to enter Cimteq’s competition to win their own 3D printer. As Cimteq founder Ali Shehab explained, “State-of the-art technology has little bene t unless it has a very real and practical application for the people who are investing in it.
