The MGS Group will present in full operation the FAT820 fully automatic dual take-up alongside the Reelbot for customer viewing. The FAT820 delivers e ciency through reduced operator interaction, labour and handling, with the latest safety PLC technology coupled with ergonomic machine design. It depalletises and loads empty reels, winds the product, stretch wraps the reel, applies the label and palletises the product, relieving the operator of many burdens in the packaging process. The MGS Group has delivered many of these systems since its 2017 debut. Customer feedback on performance has proven its success in delivering e ciency, performance, safety and reliability to these applications. The FAT820 will be coupled with the Reelbot, the rst fully operational robot for palletising/ de-palletising wire and cable production reels.
