KBA-Metronic marking systems are highly versatile, which is particularly important in demanding applications, for example for printing on special cable material and/ or at high speeds, or when signals must be controlled by the software. All of the marking systems can be deployed as stand-alone solutions, or they can be seamlessly integrated into cable production and fabrication lines, etc. Standard interfaces such as Ethernet, RS232 and USB are provided for smooth integration. KBA-Metronic printers based on piezo technology can be used to apply high-resolution markings on challenging surfaces and materials such as plastic, glass, metal or even silicone. Special solvent-based ink facilitates the use of high-contrast pigments. Drying times are kept to a minimum, and speeds of up to 1 metre/sec are achievable. The KBA-Metronic portfolio includes technology for any marking application.
