A fusion for the future

Lubricant manufacturer Metalube has appointed Indianapolis, USA-based Fusion Chemical as its exclusive distributor in the USA. The alliance will proactively market the Metalube range of lubricant products across the region. The company exports 95 per cent of its products globally but until now has had little presence in the USA mainly due to having no representation in the region. Fusion Chemical, headed by Matt East and Karl Kuchta, is a specialised chemical company providing metalworking fluids and speciality chemicals to the manufacturing industry across America. Commenting on the collaboration, Metalube commercial director Douglas Hunt said: “There are huge opportunities for Metalube in the United States and we are fortunate to have found a perfect match with this ambitious partnership.
