Steel wire ropes Tianjin Huayuan Tianlun Rope Industry Co, established in 2009, is affiliated to Tianjin Huayuan Industrial Group and is a direct subsidiary of Tianjin Huayuan Times Metal Products Co. Its factory covers an area of around 300 acres, and has an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of elevator ropes and 3,000 tons of special steel wire ropes. The company operates more than 300 sets of production machinery and more than 50 sets of testing equipment. It has a municipal enterprise technology centre, and a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in Tianjin, China. In recent years, Tianlun Rope has undertaken a number of major municipal projects and achieved scientific and technological progress. It currently has more than 50 patents authorised by China’s State Intellectual Property Office. The company has established strategic partnerships with upstream and down stream partners to form an industrial value chain and jointly develop high- value-added products, including QYL1 and QYL2 wire rods and SWRS82B-T.

In the internal production process, the company pursues advantages such as op timisation of wire rod, hemp yarn, grease, twisting process and tooling. Customised production can be carried out according to different customer needs. Tianlun Rope has continuously increased investment in technology, and achieved new breakthroughs in products such as compacted strand wire ropes and super forged wire ropes.
