The main products are bull-blocks for the coil-to-coil drawing of cold heading wire; cold rolling lines for the production of smooth and ribbed wire for electro-welded mesh; and wet wire drawing machines for CO 2 welding wire and galvanised wire. The bull-blocks series of machines consist of three main types: • MO horizontal bull-blocks with horizontal axis – Drawn wire is taken up on a rotating carousel via a hole in front of the capstan. It is used for the production of medium to large diameter wire for CHQ applications • MVC inverted vertical bull-blocks with single-pass wire drawing and vertical-axis capstan – The drawn wire is taken up on a fixed wire carrier that is positioned over a carousel installed directly under the capstan • MV vertical bull-blocks with vertical-axis capstan – Drawn wire can be taken up directly on the capstan or can be sent to a spooler The cold rolling lines are available in different models, with one or more rolling pass. They are used for the production of smooth or ribbed wire, which is then utilised in the production of electro-welded mesh and lattice girders. The wet wire drawing machines of the TSI series are slip drawing machines designed for the redrawing of zinc-coated steel wire or, in-line with a proper tank, for the production of coppered wire. They are available in two versions, with two or four drawing cones. Its bunching machines have begun operation at companies in Turkey and Europe, and the number of payoffs running around the world is approaching 1,000.
