WCISA scholarships announced WCISA, USA, is a non-profit corporate membership organisation open to North American suppliers of wire and cable machinery, materials and accessories. The organisation grants scholarships annually in order to improve educational opportunities for academically qualified college students who have financial need, and are a child or stepchild of an employee at aWCISA member company.
