The MI01 from Enkotec

The MI01 is based on the established Enkotec rotary forming principle for high quality nails at high speed. For this model Enkotec has chosen a simple and sturdy transmission system, mainly based on belt drives, with a more mechanical adjustment set-up than its NX top models. The tooling ring includes a reduced number of dies, which is a contributing factor in allowing tooling changeovers in the MI01 machine to be made quickly and easily. The low-noise MI01 nail machine is user friendly in its design with an ergonomic working height, foot controlled wire feeding, and easy access for cleaning and service. Like the NX machines, the MI01 has an e cient active nail ejection system. With the new MI01 comes a newly designed wire payo featuring machine- integrated controls and allowing a maximum coil weight of 2,000kg.

Eder Engineering-Austria will highlight its range of equipment for die-working and the wire and cable industry, with a special focus on PCD dies. Eder’s range includes machines for working tungsten carbide dies, diamond and PCD dies, ancillary equipment for die workshops and die working materials, such as diamond powders, pastes, suspensions and grinding pins.
