Electrorrec SA specialises in detachable spools of special sizes, manually or pneumatically operated, for the wire and cable industry. All Electrorrec spools have a strong frame and heavy steel construction. The retractable drum consists of four hinged sections to ease the extraction of the strapped material. In the case of pneumatically operated spools, the disassembly and re-assembly is very fast using the central pneumatic cylinder. Compressed air is supplied by means of easy-access fastenings located under the upper flange. The flanges are designed with four guides for the passage of the straps using a portable strapping machine. The capacity of the spools ranges from 500kg to 2,000kg.
