Bihler’s NC-controlled gripper feed unit RZV 2 is a compact, highly flexible feeding system for strip and wire. The FMP/T10 from Reel-O-Matic ▲ ▲

The FMP/T10 includes a 5 HP AC vector precision torque and speed control drive system for powered take-up and tension-controlled payoff applications. The FMP/T10 handles reel capacities from 24" to 96" diameter x 12" to 60" wide x 10,000 lb. Also included is an AC vector precision levelwind to automatically feed material onto the traverse of the take-up reel. The FM Series is available for weight capacities up to 100,000 lbs.
