Highvolt WRV resonant test systems can
be used multi-purposely on-site and in
the factory.
At the same time, the test systems may
also be used for HV withstand tests on AC
cables and for PD measurement on joints
of AC and DC cables.

Hilker & Partner GmbH will exhibit the
latest model of the PACE inspection
machine for fasteners high speed
inspection.
The new A10 camera system can detect
up to 1,500 parts/min up to 1 micrometre
accuracy.
The new SIGMA camera can detect the
smallest defects on 360° surfaces and
threads over a total length of 180mm in
one pass, up to 170 parts/min.
New eddy current crack detection allows
multi frequency analysis and complete
statistics of the inspection process.
Also available is a material and hardness
test.
A new mechanical base for all parts,
(screws, nuts, headless parts) allows easy
access.

Besides
the
familiar
products
of
VisioCablePro
®
, iiM AG presents the new
software ProValue and the updated
version of ProCable – ProCable 3.
ProCable 3 now provides an interface to
SQL and Access databases and a lot of
new useful features and possibilities.
ProValue is an interface software module.
It enables a connection between external
devices such as elongation, adherence or
resistance meters and the CAQ database
of iiM AG.
ProValue also includes the possibility to
manually enter a variety of information.
In addition to the VisioCablePro
®
series,
iiM AG presents useful devices for sample
preparation,
quality
management
optimisation and material saving.
One of these new devices is the extrusion
nozzle measuring device. With it, the
wearing out of extrusion nozzles can be
detected, so that material waste can be
prevented and quality can be improved.
